Tasks:
- 设计开发自动化台架，实现环境仿真和自动化控制。Design and develop automated test benches to achieve environmental simulation and automated control.
- 使用自动化台架编写测试程序；研究指定的主题，并完成带有见解和建议的报告。Write test programs based on automated test benches; research assigned topics and complete reports with insights and recommendations
- 负责数字化项目，利用AI以及CICT提高研发效率和鲁棒性。Responsible for digital projects, utilizing AI and CICT to improve R&D efficiency and robustness.
- 支持总部和本地的自动化优化项目。Support automation optimization projects from HQ as well as local initiatives.
- 协调制定自动化台架预测计划，跟踪台架运行运行状态。Coordinate on test bench forecasting plan and track the test benches utilization status.
Requirements:
- 在读本科或硕士学生，机械电子专业背景。Bachelor’s degree or above with Mechatronics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 熟练掌握英语，技术文档读写无障碍。Advanced in English, no barriers on reading and writing technical documents.
- 了解HIL, CAPL/Python编程优先。Familiarity with HIL, CAPL/Python programming would be a plus.
- 积极主动，工作勤奋，善于团队合作。Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.
- 优秀的沟通能力。Outstanding communication skill.
