WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Responsible for full-year brand self-owned livestream strategy and growth plan
2. Responsible for DOUYIN livestream sales achievement and PNL management
3. Responsible for managing livestream agency on operation planning and daily execution to deliver monthly GMV.
4. Responsible for Qianchuan media management including content production, media efficiency and timely execution to constantly uplift ROI.
5. Responsible for cross function communication with internal brand stakeholders to manage brand resources and brand activation on Douyin platform.

Experiences & Qualifications
· 4-year E-Commerce Working Experience or above; at least 2-year on Douyin channel
· Familiar with Livestream operation and Qianchuan RTB
· Experience in FMCG category is a plus (managed at least 50mRMB business)
