POSITION SUMMARY
This is a shift leader position and leading shift group member are responsible for LASU plant the day to day operation to achieve EH&S, quality control, plant reliability and productivity target. Assist plant operation supervisor & plant manager to supervise plant routine operation and documentation, Control & regulate the quality and capability of gases & liquid products, support maintenance engineers and function supporter to complete plant maintenance and repair activities for plant equipment, including other assigned works.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To lead group member follow all the national & AP policies and regulations especially in EH&S and HR. Responsible for safety, perform and participate in all site safety programs and activities. Clearly understand and aware of potential hazards and relevant emergency procedures. Fully follow customer’s onsite working requirement. Ensure safety, meeting quality specifications, optimized efficiency and reliability. Understand all relevant operating procedures. Be trained and competent in plant processes and can operate units, including startups and shutdowns.
Support and assist Production Supervisor/Plant manager, and in his absence to manage the plant routine operation and safety supervision. 协助生产主管/工厂经理的日常工作，在生产主管/工厂经理缺席时全面负责工厂的日常操作和安全监督。 Ensure the LASU safety and efficiently. Involve plant process & operation optimization, productivity plan development, Holding safety meetings, obtaining related operation certificates, Issue SWP and performing safety inspection and audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,MOC,OPHR and LearnX system training) and writing safety reports. 运行，包含执行工厂工艺和操作优化，主持安全会，获取政府规定的相关资格证书，签发和监督工作许可证的执行以及现场安全检查和审核（包含APSAM, SIP, BSP,MOC,OPHR and LearnX system training ），并且提交报告。
Work closely with other operator group and maintenance engineer team. Responsible for the daily operation including process control, pipeline delivery systems, product quality assurance and trailer filling.
Assist maintenance team and function supporter to complete plant preventive maintenance, repair activities and TAR plan.
Prepare and maintain the system of quality operations related records. Ensure the accuracy，timeliness and effectiveness of the data. 维护生产质量管理体系和相关文档记录，确保质量体系数据的准确性，及时性和有效性等。 Perform inspections, calibrations and other assigned preventive inspection tasks of plant in a safe and effective manner.
Keeps good communication with customer to insure closely cooperation.
Identify issues early and take active actions, including escalation to supervisor / engineers / support resources for prompt resolution， /工程师/支持专家反映问题以便迅速解决问题 Attend all required training and obtain required certifications and qualifications of internal or external.
Responsible for the spare parts management.
Responsible for new operator coaching and training. 指导和培训 Perform and complete any other tasks assigned by production supervisor and plant manager timely and safely. /工厂经理指派的其它任务
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least diploma and/or above in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation or instrumentation and related specialty.
At least 3 years working experience with a manufacturing company.
Have good safety knowledge and understand site safety management；
English ability would be preferable.
Energetic, honest, and hard working.
Be enthusiastic and aggressive to learn.
Suitable for shift work;
Good team spirit and cooperation.
