Job description:
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process includes collecting initial recruitment needs, CV screening, interview invitation, phone call or 1st round f2f interview, post- interview follow up and closing etc.
- Responsible for HR onboarding training and other functional trainings etc.
- Organize company team building and outing activities
- Other HR related works (e.g. Employee Relations, Talent
Management, Compensation;Benefits, HR Operations and more) arranged by
the company.
Requirement:
- Proactive, self-driving, fast learning, team-oriented, strong communication;
- Ability to adapt quickly to the dynamic changes in the workplace;
- Has a strong interest in Human Resources, be willing to focus and develop future career in Human Resources;
- Able to practice internship for 5 days a week, at least 3 months and more.
