Flagship Store Merchandising
61Lead flagship store merchandising followed Tmall & JD's& Tiktok promotion calendar and ensure images in line with brand tone & manner.
61Optimize page layout, product displaying and site navigation by tracking and analyzing the
conversion rate so as to generate more sales.
61Provide brief to brand marketing team or TP for store merchandising content assets
61inside media assets optimization,improve CTR;
61store live room design and host image control in line with branding and different platform game rules.
Store Livestreaming
61Work with channel owners and Responsible for live streaming GMV target deliver
61Enhance all online platforms' livestreaming room image ( decoration / pdt display / livestreamer )
61Manage its daily operation including content/editorial development and execution.
61Keep tracking of and analyze competitors activity and improve Klorane activity
Short Videos
61plan and guide agency to deliver short videos for all online platforms timely with quality
61Ensure hit post ratio and short video UV contribution to store business
61Keep tracking of and analyze competitors short videos and improve Klorane videos
61make sure paid short videos format can deliver ROI
Campaign support
61Consolidate pitching deck for major platform-wise marketing resources, e.g. Super Fans Day, Super Brand Day to generate more brand awareness as well as GMV Online
61Deck reponsable
( Special important meeting consolidation for all department, regular deck belongs to EC)

1. 1-3 years e-commerce operation experience, T-mall or Tiktok is must.
2. Good communication and negotiation skills
