Key responsibilities & duties
1. Repair Business
o Contact with customers for Service / Repair requests
o Creating of quotes and invoices
o Check for warranty by ERP system and order parts from Germany
o Order of spare parts from Germany plant
o Maintenance of repair data, local and online in ERP system “SAP”
2. Events and trade fairs
o Communication with the organizers
o Prepare of contracts with the organizers
o Selection of show place together with the GM
o Communication with booth builder
o Prepare of contracts with booth builder
o Development of stand design together with GM
o Support at trade fairs – willingness to travel
3. Promotional Item and catalogues
o Finding of ideas of promotional items
o Ask for quotation of promotional items
o Catalogues printing, pricing and supplier
o Order and quality check process
4. Support with authorities requirements of employees
o VISA matters / registration form / driving license
o Support of Visitors in office
Academic & trades qualifications / Work experience & skills
1. Business English
2. Thai Language will be an advantage
3. Driving license for car
4. Office software like Word, Excel, ERP (SAP)
5. Please provide a bilingual resume (Chinese and English)
