Key task:
1.Ensures that quality relevant customer requirements are met, this
includes corrective and preventive actions
2.Realizes the quality planning as defined in the PDP
3.Maintains all relevant quality documents (e.g. control plans, process
FMEA's, process flow charts, work instructions)
4.Monitors and maintains customer portals and customer scorecards
regarding BENTELER performance
5.Supports the continuous improvement of series production with
respect to quality topics (e.g. reverse FMEA; A3 PPS)6.Implements quality best practices and initiatives
6.Creates and provides part and process stability analyses
(e.g. trend charts) to continuously improve processes and parts
7.Manages non-conforming material and products (e.g. identification,
quarantine area administration)
8. Manages customer complaints and 8D reports in SAP
9.Supports and steers the failure analysis in case of quality problems
and customer complaints
10.Organizes and supports external sortings at customers as well as
internal sortings and extraordinary controls
11.Coordinates and monitors firewalls, quality gates, clean points
12.Supports at customer visits, escalation / de-escalation meetings
Skill requirements:
1.the capability to communicate/influence at diffent department.
2. Familiarity with personal computing software (i.e. Ms word, ms excel,ms powerpoint.).
3. Writen and reading skill of English.
