工作职责:负责EDFA掺铒光纤放大器的组装和测试工艺,包括产线异常产品分析、工艺改善,协助或负责NPI
任职要求:全日制本科学历,理工科专业,光、电类优先;一年以上制造业工艺经验,光通、电子行业优先;扎实的电学或光学知识, 熟悉制造工艺、QA工具,有6sigma分析和精益生产经验佳;良好的沟通表达能力,逻辑条理清晰,态度积极主动。CET4, 口语良好可进行基本的工作交流。
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Responsible for tracking all stages of the product within the scope of responsibility, from materials to shipment, providing technical support for the production line, ensuring product quality, and ensuring product shipment. Provide sustainable improvement and development plans for the product and implement them specifically
SCOPE: Position to develop / support new and existing products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Support manager on all projects in development to generate revenue and growth for Business Unit.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create and review related product WOI and WR.
2. Resolve technical issues during the production process, control product scrap rate and rework rate.
3. Analyze data on technical indicators, yield rate, pass rate, scrap rate, etc., propose targeted continuous improvement plans, and implement them.
4. Assist the technical supervisor in solving various batch, major, and critical technical issues and carry out continuous improvement in production process.
5. Assist the FA department in completing the analysis of RMA products
6. Provide technical support for (sourcing/PMC/S&M/QA/PLM).
7. Provide product technical training to production line employees, help employees improve their understanding of the product and improve their quality awareness
8. Perform other related work tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Mechanical/optical/electrical Engineering
Full-time bachelor's degree or above. At least 2 years of relevant experience in engineering or process positions. Experience of the electronics or optical communication industry is preferred
61 English and Chinese,can be proficient in written and spoken communication.
61 Good at mail in the form of written communication, familiar with PPT, Word, Excel and other office software.
61 Good communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, and a positive attitude. Familiar with the manufacturing process.

Good knowledge of optical or electrical.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Familiar with QA analysis tools
priority given to those with 6sigma analysis and lean production capabilities.
