As Account Manager Trainee, you are an ambassador of Waters and will bring to the market Waters’ products and services. You will demonstrate a clear grasp of understanding the customers’ business and its growth plans, as well as be able to take the knowledge and convert that into a solution and offering from Waters, with a primary aim of bringing “customer success”. This position brings you a great degree of flexibility working in the field. Your role will be designated to either a territory and/or markets.
Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities.

Manage the entire lead lifecycle, from initial Pre-sales to order and handoff to service team.
●
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads and alignment on customer opportunities.
Working in a self-supervisory role to set and establish the direction of Projects.
●
To ensure that the projects have routine risk management and mitigation in place in order to ensure that project goals are achieved.
●
Assisting and mentoring others by sharing knowledge and learning
Qualifications
Education:
● Bachelors Degree, in scientific area such as chemistry, software engineering, computer science
Experience:
● Knowledge of data collecting, analysing and management;
● Nice to have technical and practical solution Selling Experience, particularly in OS or software
● Familiar with computor languages preferred
Skills:
● Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
Basic knowledge in CDS, Oracle DB, VM, Citrix,C#,Python preferred
Travel:
● This is a territory-based position with travelling within your designated territory, and occasional travels to other countries for activities such as governance of department, local business support, meetings and training.
