职位职责/Job Responsibilities
作为客户订单交付状态的主要对接人
Serve as the primary contact for delivery/order status of assigned customers
提供库存量、生产及交付周期指导
Guide customers on stock quantities, production/delivery timelines
监控每日需求异常并执行预警流程
Monitor daily demand deviations and execute risk alert procedures
协调物流团队按客户需求执行运输
Coordinate logistics teams to fulfill shipments per customer requests
及时处理交付相关客户投诉与索赔
Resolve delivery-related complaints/claims promptly
任职要求/Qualifications
本科或同等工作经验
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
适应快节奏多任务环境
Thrive in fast-paced multitasking environments
出色的口头/书面沟通能力
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
精通MS Office办公软件
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/PPT)
具备跨部门协作能力
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
