JOB PURPOSE

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. In charge of LUX HAIR Engagement Projects Content Creation and amplification
- Lead LUX HAIR passion points e.g beauty lover, fragrance lover & social campaign & Content creation
- Design and drive omni channel landing for consumer engagement
- Drive social transformation with TA / insight / culture / passion points study, and content excellence
- Support on potential celebrity/IP / cross-over plan
- Support on LUX hair MKT production/media budget planning & tracking
2. Drive LUX traffic to sales conversion
- Lead LUX esp premium line content assets generation, development and deployment out-site to insite/instore
- Cowork with cross function team, support to drive conversion in different channels / platforms to drive business growth
