Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
1. Assist in establishing the PVB + Switchable Shanghai Certification Center, responsible for the development of testing methods, conducting specific tests, result comparison, etc.协助建立PVB（聚乙烯醇缩丁醛）+Switchable上海认证中心，负责测试方法开发，具体测试，结果对等.
Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责
1. Independently finish the work assigned from line managers, including sample validation, data analysis, doing spreadsheet, using MS Office to write reports. 独立完成上级安排的工作，比如样品测试，数据分析，设计表格，运用MS Office等工具出测试报告。
2. Collaborate with other department and finish the small projects assigned from line managers, including development of new method, selection/calibration of devices, cross check of test results, etc. 与其它部门合作，完成上级安排的小项目，比如新方法的建立，测试仪器的选择/校准，测试方法的对标等。
3. Visit customers and suppliers, make marketing and technology documentations. 拜访客户和供应商，搜集和整理相关市场和技术资料。
4. Participate in EHS&5S, including the improvements of some devices/processes, improvements of labs, purchase/receive materials, make documentations, etc. 参与部门的EHS和5S工作，比如改进某机器或者测试过程的EHS/5S，改进实验室的EHS/5S，相关材料的采购/收货，相关资料整理等。
5. Strictly follow company EHS&5S policies and regulations. Respect and strictly comply with SG principles of conduct and action and company policies. 严格遵守公司EHS及5S的政策和规定。履行《环境、职业健康与安全职责管理程序》中研发人员的个人EHS职责。尊重并严格遵守SG的行为和行动原则以及公司政策。
6. Other related works from line managers. 其它上级安排的相关事宜。
Qualifications/ 任职要求
1. Bachelor Degree 本科
2. Major in Material Science, Chemistry (Organic, Macromolecular Chemistry, Analytical) is preferred.
材料科学，化学（有机，高分子，分析）专业者优先 ；
3. Able to understand and write English emails, presentations and reports.
看懂并能书写英文邮件，英文演讲稿，英文报告；
4. Able to present and talk in English, including hosting meeting, introducing tests, result analysis and method cross-check is perfer.
能用英文开会，介绍的测试，结果分析，方法对标等优先；
5. Characterized by affability, proactivity, and a focus on efficiency and planning. Good at teamwork and maintain a mindset of continuous improvement in daily work.
