Day to Day Responsibilities:
61 Review the drawing from customer, understand the demands and can manage customer’s expectation;
61 Follow up the spec review progress, chasing up the process move forward fast;
61 Record the spec ID and share with team, confirm the spec ID for correct order;
61 Deliver solutions to resolve technical issues and escalate to appropriate level if necessary;
61 Negotiate with customer for close technical specifications with customers;
61 Communicated with customer and understand what’s needed of customer;
61 Need to know the knowledge of operate FSM/ASM and upgrade.
61 Follow up new material technical transfer to customer, support customer fix issues in field;
61 Confirm quality compliance with quality team, verify the quality case and follow up improvement;
61 Support team to manage the package which belong to important sample;
Education & Experience
61 Bachelor degree with Material Engineering, Physics, Chemistry. Master is a plus.
61 2 years working experience in Mobile Phone business, glass finishing industry, cover glass cutting/polishing/coating, LCD, Touch Panel, semiconductor business
61 Fluent English: CET4 or above.
