We are currently seeking a HR Intern who will report to the HR Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
Your opportunity
You will have a fantastic opportunity to join as an HR Intern to support the HR Manager, our Boutiques and Managers in APAC office with a wide range of people matters. You will deal with recruiting and developing talents, focusing on people quality enhancement, projects as change management, internal mobility, employer branding, climate analysis.
How you will contribute
61 Support in the recruitment process in creating job requisition, manage applications, agencies contact, screening and interviews
61 Support in onboarding programs for the new employees and related activities (badge deliver, card order, IT devices etc.)
61 System Workday maintenance (hirings; terminations; promotions; organization updates)
61 Invoices management (collect signatures and submission to Finance)
61 Archive employees’ documents
61 Support in counselling to managers and employees
61 Supporting organizational and culture change initiatives
61 Support in employee relations issues
61 Support in implementing, co-designing, and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and programs
61 Support in time attendance management for APAC boutiques
Who you are
61 Previous experience in a similar position in the Retail/Luxury will be a plus
61 Master’s degree in HR management, organizational management or similar will be a plus
61 Fluent in English and Italian
61 Strong computer skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
61 Good knowledge of high-end fashion field will be a plus
61 Strong interpersonal communication and communication skills
