在一到三年的培训周期内,销售管培生会分配到一二线城市的大型商超(如山姆、开市客等)负责当地的门店运营,包括销售业绩的达成,门店产品的管理,门店促销员的管理,与超市方协作沟通,设定促销活动机制等等。通过与客户建立良好的沟通和关系,提升销售门店业绩,达成公司销售目标。
