Responsibilities:
?Manage job postings on various job boards.
?Utilize job boards to identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
?Perform phone interviews for junior level positions and shortlist candidates.
?Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
?Maintain and candidate datas and pipelines.
?Compile and analyze recruitment data to generate regular reports on hiring activities and trends in the APAC region.Support other HR programs projects.
? 管理在各种求职平台上的职位发布。
? 利用求职平台识别并搜寻适合空缺职位的潜在候选人。
? 对初级职位进行电话面试，并筛选候选人。
? 协调并安排候选人与招聘经理之间的面试。
? 维护和更新候选人数据库及人才储备库。
? 收集并分析招聘数据，以生成关于亚太地区招聘活动和趋势的定期报告。支持其他人力资源项目或活动。
Qualifications:
?Currently pursuing a degree master’s degree at a university.
?Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
?Logic thinking and good at analytical skills.
?Curiosity and proactivity in tackling new challenges.
?Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
?Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
?Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various aspects of Human Resources.
?目前正在大学攻读本科学位或硕士学位。
? 具备较强的沟通能力，精通英语的书面和口语表达。
? 具有逻辑思维能力且擅长分析技能。
? 对应对新挑战充满好奇心和积极性。
? 能够处理多项任务并有效地确定任务优先级。
? 熟练使用微软办公软件套装（Word、Excel、Outlook）。
? 对了解人力资源的各个方面充满热情和渴望。
实习期限：6个月左右优先考虑
出勤天数：3天及以上
