Major Task & responsibility :
- Support on CISS in-charge Customs interactions for daily basic topics, including declaration, clearance, inspections, bonded business, etc.
- Prepare for Project import equipment Customs registration & monitoring, e.g. information collection from and review with different Project Procurement teams & Engineers, follow up project equipment import plan, and post importation steps, etc. and support on initial communication with Customs officers.
- Collect Bonded external warehouse information based on Customs regulation & requirement, and prepare for update submission.
- Up on request, support on Export Control on site requests related to CISS.
- Support on basic HS code classification, e.g. regular/commodity material, etc.
- Support on CTM HS code master data basic maintenance and regular update (e.g. Customs declaration elements update), and basic bonded business information maintenance.
- Support on Customs survey, various data collection and initial analysis.
- Support on China Customs regulation/practice monitoring and update.
- Remote work for part of COVQD Customs activities, e.g. data maintenance, review, and necessary backups.
· Value Added:
– Help the company to achieve HS code and export control compliance.
– Facilitate the daily importation and exportation in CISS.

· Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this position)
– Bachelor on international trade, logistics, economic or relevant.
– More than 4 years’ experience in Customs area, has knowledge and experience in dealing with various Customs business and issues, including classification and Customs bonded business.
– Good understanding of manufacturing enterprises’ supply chain, logistics or relevant arrangement.
– Good communication skills, be able to proactively collaborate among various functions
– Good data gathering and analytical skills.
– Strong team working spirit, and be conscientious.
– Motivated with demonstrated growth potential, be willing to stretch and results oriented.
– Good command of PC, fluent in both written and English.
