Main Responsibilities
- Understand regulation/standard/client requirements, prepare and select applicable chemical testing plans / suggestion for submitted sample;
- Provide daily technical support to Sales /CS /AE /operation team on chemical part, prepare test template, internal guideline, reply technical enquiry, handle customer complaint, etc;
- Visit client, participate technical discussion and provide professional advice on technical issues;
- Prepare training materials and responsible for internal training and external seminar to customers;
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or above, degree of chemical/environment/material or other related major, oversea education background;
- Familiar with different national and international safety standards on consumer products or toy is a preference;
- Excellent oral and written English skills;
- Work independently and under pressure;
- PC knowledge: MSOffice
- Experience in trading/buying offices/testing laboratory of hardlines product is preferable;
- Good communication and pro-active attitude
