61 Handle simple daily questions from clients or potential customers by email or phone.

61 Send application forms and related information (like address, sample size, required documents, etc.). Prepare and send standard quotations.
发送申请表及相关资料(如地址、样品规格、所需文件等),制作并发送标准报价单
61 Help keep customer and prospect information up to date.
协助维护客户及潜在客户信息的时效性
61 Organize and save documents related to each customer (such as offers, meeting notes, etc.).
整理归档每位客户的相关文件(如报价单、会议记录等)
61 Answer client questions about sample status or delays.
解答客户关于样品状态或延迟进展的疑问
61 Receive samples, check if the sample and documents are complete before testing.
接收样品,检测前核对样品及文件的完整性
61 Login samples and track their progress. Make sure samples are clearly labeled and passed to lab technicians properly.
登记样品并跟踪检测进度, 确保样品标识清晰并正确移交实验室技术人员
61 Help subcontract the samples to other labs if needed. Work with lab staff to keep testing on schedule.
必要时协助将样品分包至其他实验室, 与实验室人员协作保障检测按时完成
61 Prepare and send test reports to clients. Keep lab records and data organized and up to date.
编制并发送检测报告给客户. 维护实验室记录及数据的条理性和时效性
Qualification 任职资格
1. Junior college or above; (Fresh graduates are welcome, and Comprehensive training will be provided)
专科文凭或以上(欢迎应届毕业生应聘,正式跟单前会提供全面的培训)
2.CET-4 or above;
英语CET-4 级或以上
3.Easygoing&pleasant personality,good learning ability , hard-working and careful; Trustful, good problem solving skills, communication skill, and team work spirit;
性格随和,学习能力强,工作努力且细致;诚实可靠,较强的应变能力,良好的沟通能力, 具有团队协作精神
4.Familiar with computer and office software;
熟练应用电脑办公软件
