Job Description:
In SEMI industry, especially for SEMI Fab/factory planning, Headcount planning
plays a crucial role. This position offers a unique, front-seat-view
opportunity to learn 3D NAND Fab operation model, deeply engage in strategic
planning process and influence business decision making. As professionals in
this field, Headcount planner are responsible for developing and implementing
Headcount planning strategies to ensure that the enterprise has sufficient
quantity and quality of labor resource to support business needs.
Detail responsibilities include:
1. Develop Headcount Strategy: Headcount Planners need to analyze the business
needs and development direction of the factory to develop Headcount strategies
that are in line with the factory’s strategic goals. These strategies should
cover aspects such as Headcount target planning, hiring planning and
requisition control to ensure that the factory has a competitive talent team.
2. Conduct cross-organizational headcount demand and gap in-depth analysis
based on loading, tool count, technology process complexity, new technology
development needs and business scope functions requirements, compare current
and future headcount needs in dynamic business environment, including the gap
between target, business needs and actual headcount, predict attrition etc., in
order to help leadership team better understand and manage headcounts, provide
decision support and strategic recommendations, enhance competitiveness and
sustainable development capabilities.
3. Co-develop, validate and optimize the head count model with business owner,
routine refresh based on business update.
4. Perform benchmark, identify the opportunities for productivity improvement,
drive productivity to beat benchmark and achieve world class level.
3. Addressing Headcount issues: Promptly identify and resolve problems and
conflicts in Headcount management.
Qualifications:
- Master Degree, major in Engineering Science related, like Industrial
Engineering, Management Science, Applied Statistics etc.
- Strong logic thinking, data analytical and modeling skills in excel or other
tools, and need to be expert to use data visualization tools to show data
reports, like Power BI etc.
- Strong written and oral communication skills both in Chinese and
English(minimum CET6), including the ability to present effectively and
influence internal and external (management) stakeholders.
- Proven ability in multi-tasking projects, time management, organization, and
prioritization skills -Intermediate understanding of database management
methods and techniques.
