YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead team to deliver area annual financial targets.
Contribute to regional business plan (RBP) as a member of regional leadership team, develop area integrated sales plan (ISP) under RSP’s guideline and lead team to produce county level action plans (CAP).
Drive, monitor, support, and review the implementation of various actions as specify in plans on a regular basis for achieving targets.
Plan, manage and optimize area channel network based on BCS channel strategy and lead team to make it happen.
Support Regional Sales Lead (RSL) to manage Bayer Distributors (BDs).
Act responsibly in monthly sell in/out forecasting at area level, map out business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions.
Manage and ensure area OPEX within the agreed budget.
Ensures that all team operations are in compliant with local legal and corporate requirements.
Develop and coach team members to achieve higher level of professionalism in their day-to-day performance and to achieve higher efficiency as a team.

协助大区销售总监管理拜耳经销商。
负责地区月度销售、消耗预测,梳理业务机会和风险,并及时采取行动。
管理并确保地区OPEX在预算范围内。
确保所有的团队运作符合当地法律和公司的要求。
发展和指导团队成员在日常工作中达到更高的专业水平,以提高团队的整体效率。
WHO YOU ARE
Education: Degree in agriculture science or business management
Skill: Leadership, good sales and market knowledge, good analytical abilities, able to work well cross-functionally and manage complexity
Experience: At least 2 years experience in the sales, marketing or technical development within the crop management industry.
Personal characteristic: Highly motivated, good initiative, good communicator and have positive attitude.
