工作内容:
61 Learn & familiarize with Hilton Brand standards, initiatives & hotel opening processes.
61 Manage the initial data harvest from hotels through Property Information Management in coordination with Global Database Management and Global Online Content teams to build initial brand website presence。
61 Initiate & maintain openings online checklists.
61 Support the opening process for all new opening/conversion hotels in Asia Pacific.
61 Assist with project management responsibilities related to hotel openings.
61 Participate in the regular face-to-face meetings, webinars, and virtual meetings. Provide observations & meeting minutes.
61 Initiate & conduct projects to improve on current opening process or work procedures.
61 Self-study of learning courses on Hilton University.
61 To enhance the office culture by contributing and impacting team member engagement through initiatives, event planning and project management.
