Responsibilities:
● The Lab Engineer is responsible to perform & set up industrial texitile product testing and inspection.
● Quality check and control of fabrics, including: Final and Semi-Final products quality check; for any spec out of control, it needs to be reviewed with supervisor and technical team.
● For assigned programs, he/she is in charge of the validation schedule and deliverables.
● Analyze market return felt and/or wire samples and draft report accordingly.
● Participate quality improvement activity and customer complaints investigation.
● Conduct/implement inspection specification and inspection method.
● Raise the request for quality improvement and follow up the result.
● To support planning, production delivery on time if needed.
● Follow up the manufacture of key orders, fast reaction to the qulaity deviation.
● Committed to propagandize quality consciousness and transmit the external and internal quality information to operator.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree or above
● Texitile, paper industry, electronic experience is a plus.
● Basic office software excel, PPT
● Data analysis skill
● Fluent English wirting and speaking skill.
● Time manage skill and determine priorities.
● Ability to troubleshoot and provide corrective
