1. 生产管理学习/ Production management study
- 熟悉食品生产流程(如原料验收、加工、包装、仓储等环节),协助制定生产计划及排产安排。
Familiar with the food production process (such as raw material inspection, processing, packaging, storage and other links), and assist in formulating production plans and scheduling. - 学习生产现场管理(如5S管理、标准化操作流程SOP),协助解决生产中的突发问题。
Learn production site management (such as 5S management and standardized operating procedures (SOP)), and assist in solving unexpected problems in production.
- 学习精益生产各模块的方法论和工具并用于生产中解决问题。
Learn the methodologies and tools of each module of lean production and apply them to solve problems in production.
- 了解生产设备的基础操作与维护,学习如何优化生产效率、降低损耗。
Understand the basic operation and maintenance of production equipment, and learn how to optimize production efficiency and reduce losses.
2. 质量管理与食品安全/ Quality Management and Food Safety
- 学习质量管理体系(如FSMA、HACCP、GMP等),熟悉半成品及成品的质量中控检测。
Study quality management systems (such as FSMA, HACCP, GMP, etc.), and be familiar with the quality control and inspection of semi-finished and finished products.
- 协助处理客户投诉或质量问题追溯,分析问题根源并提出改进建议。

3. 供应链与仓储管理/ Supply Chain and Warehouse Management - 了解采购、物流及库存管理流程,协助优化原材料采购及供应商管理。

4. 设备维护与成本控制/ Equipment Maintenance and Cost Control - 学习设备日常维护及故障应急处理,优化设备利用率。
Learn daily equipment maintenance and emergency handling of faults to optimize equipment utilization. - 协助分析生产成本(如能耗、人工、原料损耗),执行降本增效方案。
Assist in analyzing production costs (such as energy consumption, labor, and raw material loss), and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans.
5. 跨部门协作与项目管理/ Cross-departmental collaboration and project management
- 参与跨部门协作(如研发、销售、品控),支持新产品开发或工艺改进项目。
Cross-departmental collaboration and project management - 在导师指导下完成小型项目(如流程优化、持续改善),提升综合管理能力。
Under the guidance of a mentor, complete small-scale projects (such as process optimization and continuous improvement) to enhance comprehensive management capabilities.
