Tasks:
61 Direct and supervise Dept members to carry out tests according to standards as technical management member;

61 Be a reviewer 审核报告
61 Develop new standard 开发新技术标准
61 Do training and coaching to the Dept members, and do enhancement on the competence and performance of the team member;
培训指导部门员工，提高成员的能力和表现；
61 Administer the team in maintaining efficiency and integrity of services;
管理部门以保持服务的效率及诚信；
61 Coordinate with other teams to ensure efficient operation of the lab;
协助其他部门确保实验室运作的高效性；
61 Planning the schedule of projects and check project outcome;
制定项目计划以及核查项目的成果；
61 Handle customers’ complaints;处理客户的投诉；
61 Review and approve projects/reports;审核和审批项目和报告；
61 Provide technical and informative support to sales/ marketing personnel in promoting testing services;为销售和市场员工提供信息技术支持以推广测试服务；
61 Monitor and support the whole process of testing and certification;
监控和支持测试和认证的整个流程；
61 Ensure good quality control on projects files.确保项目文件符合质量控制的要求。
61 Participate in the research of new technologies and methods to maintain the company's leading position in the field of auto parts testing.参与新技术和新方法的研究，保持公司在汽车零部件检测领域的领先地位。
Qualifications:
61 Technical/standard knowledge, at least 8 years related experience or equivalent;
具有技术/相关标准的专业知识，至少8年以上相关经验，其中3-4年第三方可靠性的相关测试经验，熟悉实验室流程、熟悉ISO16750、IEC 60068、GMW 3172、VW80000、USCAR等相关标准；3年左右项目经验，有一定的组织协调跟沟通能力，熟悉车厂的标准要求，如吉利、蔚来、通用、BYD等。
61 Bachelor degree holder.本科学历。
61 Project management skills;具有项目管理技巧；
61 Qualification on his/her responsible area.负责的检测领域项目获得技术资质授权。
61 Technical Expertise on related service area
产品线的技术专家，需要配合质量及主机厂资质获取等需要，制定可靠性测试技术要求，包括但不限于SOP 、测试方法等。
61 Good in oral and written English;良好的英语读写能力
61 Supervisory and people management skill;具备人本管理与监督能力；
61 Communication and interpersonal skill.具备良好的沟通能力与人际交往能力。
