1.对生产过程质量问题进行处理，协助质量经理找出质量问题根源，共同制定长期处置措施；
Dispose quality issues in production process, work with quality manager to find out root cause and make out long-term actions.
2.协助质量经理处理原材料异常问题，编写原材料异常单反馈供应商，并跟踪至问题解决；
Assist QM on raw material issues, prepare complaint reports to suppliers and follow up till issues are closed.
3.协助处理客诉，共同分析根本原因，制定CAPA并跟踪措施有效性；
Assist QM to dispose customer complaint and analyze root cause，prepare CAPA and validate the corrective action effective
4.掌握实验室各类检测项目，正确操作仪器设备并维护，安全操作常用电动切割工具；
Operate lab instruments correctly by following operating instructions; and conduct daily maintenance jobs.
5.协助新产品开发、原材料改进项目，实施新品开发相关实验测试；
Assist R&D and raw material improvement, implement relative lab experiments
6.积极配合并完成上级主管安排的其他相关工作事宜
Actively support and complete relevant jobs and or tasks assigned by line manager or above.
岗位要求Requirements:
1.本科学历，化工、材料类专业背景或具备相关岗位经历，一年以上质量或研发相关工作经验
Bachelor's degree, chemical or material background, one year or above working experience in R&D or quality control related field.
2.熟悉物性实验室相关测试仪器的使用（如粘度仪、卡尺、测厚仪等），维护及校正工作
Familiar with the use of physical lab relevant test instruments (such as viscosity meter, vernier caliper, thickness gauge), maintenance and calibration work
3.较好的沟通能力并具备较强的抗压能力
Good communication skills and be able to work under pressure strongly.
4.关注细节，品格诚实，细心严谨，积极主动，勇于承担责任
Attention to detail, honest character, careful and rigorous, proactive, the courage to take responsibility
5.熟练操作计算机办公软件（如excel, word, power point）
Proficient in the operation of computer Office software (such as Excel, Word, Power point)
