职位描述
岗位职责：
- 负责动态条件下运动校准算法的研究与开发
- 基于机器学习技术优化测量精度和数据处理效率
- 开发高精度的数据滤波与特征提取算法
- 参与复杂环境下的信号分析与数据优化问题研究
岗位要求：
- 数学、物理或统计学等相关专业硕士及以上学历
- 扎实的数学基础，特别是线性代数和优化理论
- 精通Python编程语言，熟悉C/C++开发更佳
- 系统掌握信号处理与滤波器设计原理，并有相关课程经验
- 熟悉运动校准算法及惯性导航系统（INS）原理
加分项：
- 在数学建模、机器学习或信号处理领域有优秀学术表现
- 有相关的科研项目或竞赛经历
- 对动态环境下的算法优化问题有浓厚兴趣
