Key Objectives of this Role:
1. Participate in Full Hardware Development Lifecycle:
* Assist in project schedule tracking and documentation management
* Learn hardware design specification verification processes
* Support creation of manufacturing hardware EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials)
2. Hardware Design & Development:
* Collaborate on schematic design and support PCB layout engineers
* Prepare hardware design/software interface documents under mentorship
* Gain hands-on experience in creating hardware quality documents (WCCA/DFMEA)
3. Testing & Validation Support:
* Assist in hardware performance testing (EMC/reliability/certification tests)
* Participate in defect analysis and design improvement implementation
* Provide basic technical support for production lines
4. Continuous Improvement:
* Engage in cost optimization studies
* Support engineering change request implementation
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
* Graduate with bachelor’s/master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
* Solid foundation in analog/digital circuit principles
* Academic exposure or project experience in:
* Basic schematic design tools (Mentor/Cadence)
* Lab equipment operation (oscilloscopes/multimeters)
* Fundamental PCB layout concepts
* Strong teamwork mindset and learning agility
* CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency for technical documentation
