Job Description:
61 Assist the Sales Department with data entry of contracts and booking information in the system, and follow up on any related changes.
61 Receive and verify shipping documents, prepare Bills of Lading, and handle customer inquiries via phone and email, addressing and coordinating the resolution of issues during the documentation process.
61 Input freight charges and prepare invoices in the system, ensuring timely delivery to customers for confirmation; coordinate invoice issuance and follow up on payment collection.
61 Issue ocean Bills of Lading in accordance with standard procedures.
61 Undertake additional tasks assigned by supervisors in order to support sales, aiming to provide efficient, accurate, and smooth customer service.
Job Requirement:
1. College graduates or above, fresh graduate is preferable;
2. CET-4 or above, fluent oral/ writing English ability;
3. Good computer skill, familiar with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, etc;
4. Initiative with a strong sense of responsibility, patient and meticulous attitude;
5. Independent, stable, self-motivated, excellent team player;
