HR Intern for SSC
Key Responsibilities:
ELC:
● Clean up historical employee profile and digitalize leavers' file
● Support on upgrading Alfa Laval intranet - About Me China
Training:
● Support on preparation and delivery of training projects, e.g. New Employee Welcome Workshop, etc.
● Clean up training data and occupational certificates
Other:
● Support on HR Marketing - HR internal communication such as newsletter, announcement, guide, etc.
● Other tasks assigned by team leader
Qualifications:
● Good at written and reading English
● Strong sense of ownership and commitment to deliver high-quality outcomes

HR Intern for HRBP
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist HRBPs in executing and implementing HR programs (e.g. talent development programs, process improvements, etc.)
● Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to support data-driven decision-making.
● Support on employee meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities.
● Provide frontline support for employee inquiries, maintain HR records, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
● Support HRBPs with additional projects or administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
● Minimum 2 months, with 3-5 days of attendance per week.
● Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with employees.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
● Strong interest in human resources, particularly in the HR Business Partner function
● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
