1.Arrange TPA according to customer demand.

2.Check shipment qty with customer to ensure billing on time
客户对账确保及时开票
3.Management supplier delivery base on production Plan
根据生产计划管理供应商的交付
4.Control inventory level, improve inventory turns in terms
在满足生产的情况下.控制库存,提高周转率
5.Control material during ECR
ECR变更过程中控制物料
6.Improve dead stock consumption
推动呆滞物料的消耗
7.Control premium freight
控制加急运费
Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1.Supplier Information follow
供应商信息跟踪
Building a strong leadship with supplier and get the updated demand information
做为窗口,和客户建立良好的关系,并获得更新的需求信息
Ensure the supplier daily delivery demand of customers
保证供应商每日交付
Send forecast to supplier
释放预测给供应商
Response for customer demand change, validate and alert delivery risk,make action plan to avoid
对客户需求变化进行应对,进行交付风险评估并报警,制定行动消除风险
Any obsolescence, need to demonstrate to production planner
如有因客户产量和工程变化导致相关呆料费用,负责向生产计划进行沟通
Follow whole process when program EOP,dead stock control and make 0 MPM,need to demonstrate production if cost happen
量产项目EOP时,跟踪整个过程,保证交付并控制呆料,如有呆料费用产生,负责向生产计划进行沟通
Handling the aftermarket sales orders processing and delivery
处理售后的备件定单和发货
2.RM management
材料管理
Tracking RM delivery status,ensure customer MPM is 0
跟踪材料交付情况, 确保供应商MPM为0
3.Inventory management
库存管理
Monitor RM inventory status ,ensure inventory in the budget
设定材料库存水平并监控库存状况,并使存货水平在预算范围之内
Lead inventory reduction with other people in logistics department
与部门其他人员一起,主导库存的改进
4.Create TPA and the tracking number
创建TPA
Create TPA For delivery to warehouse according to customer requirements
根据生产计划提供的客户需求,创建TPA及发运单号给到仓库做系统发运。
5.Others
附加及其它工作任务
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;
遵守健康安全环境规定;
Manage finance\resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard;
根据公司的管理规范,在被授权的范围内,管理公司的资源和财务;
Other assignments given by line manager.
直线主管或经理安排的其他工作.
Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant.
配合公司IATF16949 &ISO14001&ISO45001& FES运营体系在工厂的实施。

Skills & Knowhow技能和知识:
Fluent use in both oral and written English;
基本工作英语口语及书面能力;
Qualified skills of office software such as Excel, Word, PPT;
熟练运用办公软件;
Logistical understanding of MRP;
MRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解;
Good Communication skills and strong coordinating ability. Team work spirit and work under pressure;

Qualifications 任职资格:
Majoring in management, logistics, automobile, machinery or related field is preferred;
管理、物流、汽车、机械等相关专业优先;
At least 1-year planning experience;
至少1年以上物料计划工作经验;
