Key Responsibilities:
61 Assist in the preparation of financial statements and disclosures required for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q and 8-K) as well as management reporting
61 Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly close processes, including preparation and/or review of journal entries, account reconciliations for US and foreign entities to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting
61 Prepare monthly financial statements analysis
61 Experience in various technical accounting areas including ASC 842, ASC 718, vendor financing, investments, to perform related operational and technical tasks
61 Develop and maintain internal controls in responsible areas of financial reporting and close to ensure adherence to company policy and regulations
61 Assist with preparing account reconciliations and schedules for the annual PCAOB audit and quarterly reviews of consolidated financials
61 Complete ad-hoc accounting and finance projects as assigned
Experience Requirements / Qualifications:
61 3+ years experience working in Big 4 public accounting or similar
61 Good communication skill in business English is a must
61 Demonstrated competence in Excel
61 Systems experience (NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva)
61 Highly motivated with ownership mentality in a fast changing and growing environment
61 Have knowledge of US GAAP standards is better
Education Requirements:
61 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
61 CPA preferred
