1. Job Purpose:
1.1 The job holder is QA/QC lab technician at Jinshan TPU site. After appropriate training, he/she will be responsible to perform inspection for all raw materials, intermediates and finished products independently. 此岗位为亨斯迈TPU金山工厂QC实验室技术员,在经过一系列培训以后，他/她将负责所有原材料，中间体和产成品的检测。
1.2 The Job Holder will ensure all tests are carried out compliant with inspection plan, and the products are released within her/his authorizations. QC技术员要确保所有的测试符合公司的检测计划，产品在他/她的授权范围内放行。
1.3 The job holder is also responsible for maintaining QC lab and test equipments in a good working condition. QC技术员要维护实验室和实验设备，使其处于良好的工作状态。
1.4 Assisting quality manager and supervisor in investigating customer complaints and quality issues. 协助质量经理和主管进行客户投诉和质量问题的调查工作。
2. Principal Accountabilities:
2.1 EHS
The jobholder will ensure all the activities within his/her area in compliance with company EHS policies/standards/procedures.
QC技术员必须确保其所有的行为符合Huntsman的政策。
2.2 Quality control
Performing and completing inspection for all products in time, providing accurate data for relevant departments is the key accountabilities for the jobholder. 及时进行并完成所有物料的检测,为相关部门提供准确的测试数据是此岗位的工作关键。
2.2.1 Implement and follow up company EHS policy and ensure all operations are safe. 执行公司EHS政策，确保所有的操作是安全的、正确的。
2.2.2 Complete inspection of raw material and preblend timely according to the inspection plan（titration of acid value/water/hydroxyl/chlorine, viscosity and Hazen）根据检测计划及时完成原材料和中间体的各项检测（酸酯，羟值，氯，水分的滴定以及粘度，色值的测试）。
2.2.3 Complete inspection of finished goods timely according to the inspection plan（MVR， tensile,elongation,tear strength,YI,visocosity,extrusion,density,moisture,abrasion，hardness）根据检测计划及时完成成品的各项检测（熔融指数，拉伸撕裂强度，黄色指数，粘度，挤出成型，密度，水分，磨耗，硬度）。
2.2.4 Inputting data into SAP system and informing relevant associates, make decision for the test results, to ensure the material can be transferred to next step in time.
及时将检测数据输入SAP系统并通知相关人员，对检测结果进行判定，以确保物料能及时进入下一环节。
2.2.5 Making re-inspection for abnormal data, ensure the data is accurate and representative for decision maker. 对异常数据进行复测，以确保提供的数据是正确的和具有代表性的。
2.2.6 Making QC records according to the regulations and ISO requirement. 根据公司规定和ISO文件要求做好各项QC纪录。
2.2.7 Execute sample management in QC lab, label/category/store retained sample correctly for each batch. 对实验室样品进行管理，对每批物料的留样进行正确的标识、分类和储存。
2.2.8 Making calibration for test equipment on regular basis, to ensure they are in effective condition定期对实验室设备进行校验，以确保设备在有效的条件下使用.
2.2.9 Assisting quality manager and supervisor to do investigation for troubleshooting, such as retained or external sample test, parallel test, trend tracing and thermal analysis. 协作质量经理进行质量问题的调查工作，例如留样或外部样品的检测，平行样测试，趋势的跟踪和热力学分析。
2.2.10 Good 5S work in QC lab做好实验室的5S 工作。
2.2.11 Other Duties as assigned by quality manager.
完成质量主管安排的其他工作。
3. Special Features
3.1 Ability to interact with people of various functions throughout the organization. Ability to handle queries from internal/external of company. 具备和公司内外其他部门的沟通、协调能力.
3.2 Good teamwork spirit 良好的团队合作精神。
4. Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed
(Education, experience, skills and training required for the job)
4.1 Education: college degree or above with chemical background大专及以上学历，化学背景。
4.2 Experiences: At least 1-2 years QC working experience in chemical
industry, Fresh graduates are also acceptable 至少1-2年化工行业质量检测经验，应届生亦可。
4.3 Skill:
4.3.1 High quality and EHS awareness. 具备较高的质量和EHS意识.
4.3.2 good reading and writing in English, prefer CET-4& above 良好的英语读写能力，需要CET4及以上.
4.3.3 Inspection experience on titration/Brookfield viscosity /MVR/tensile is preferred. 具有滴定/粘度/熔指/拉伸强度检测经验者优先。
4.3.4 ISO9001:2015 internal auditor certificate is a plus. 具有ISO9001:2015内审员证书优先。
