Job summary:
As an Costumer Experience Intern, provide a quality customer experience within the Maersk environment for a well-known retail type client. For example, order processing, tracking logistics information, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and improving customer satisfaction.

Requirement:
- Current students majoring in Logistics Supply Chain, English related majors, graduating in 2026 and beyond.
- Be able to work 5 days a week for 3-6 months.
- Basic English reading and writing skills, with CET6 certificate.
- Team player, able to maintain good cooperation with coworkers;
- Good communication skills and service consciousness, able to skillfully handle customer needs and problems;
· 物流供应链、英语相关专业,2026年及之后毕业的在校学生。
· 可满足一周5天出勤,可实习3-6个月。
· 基本的英文读写能力,具备大学英语六级证书。
· 团队协作精神,能够与同事保持良好的合作关系;
· 良好的沟通能力和服务意识,能够熟练处理客户需求和问题;
