Title: AUTOCAD Design Engineer / AUTOCAD制图工程师
Reporting to: Head of Engineering Department
This is a position with flexible working locations in both Shanghai (SH) and Jiashan (JS) Office.
In detail the Design Engineer needs to:
61 Understand and convert customer requirements into a HEUFT layout solutions.
Design and develop intelligent line & partial line layout solutions in hand with Project Engineers.
61 Design Equipment to support the whole HEUFT system with Autodesk Inventor.
61 Maintain the layouts/drawings/conveyor in company database on the file server and HEUFT portal. Ensure that the database is completed with all documents in accordance with the company's requirements.
61 Maintain and manage the customer contact email address as well as
carrying out the after sales service of the local HAIFU conveyor production (HEUFT Jiashan).
61 Prepare quotations of HAIFU parts to sales.
61 Responsible to design and draw individual parts required in a project-related order.
61 Be responsible for organizing, sorting, filling and making statistics of project layouts and parts drawings.
61 Motor and speed calculation for Conveyor in packaging lines.
61 Prepare the conveyor contracts between HEUFT Shanghai and HEUFT Jiashan, and make data input of HEUFT Shanghai contracts to company ERP system.
61 Be the communication channel between HEUFT Jiashan production and conveyor contract end-users.
61 Follow the conveyor status until customer side’s arrival and update follow-up list of conveyor projects on a weekly basis.
61 Support other works assigned by the Head of Engineering Department.
Qualifications / 任职资格：
61 College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
61 Proficient in AUTOCAD, with at least 2 years of drawing experience; capable of handling complex tasks and creating 2D/3D drawings.
61 Familiar with engineering drawing standards, especially industry - specific ones.
61 Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
61 Responsible, detail - oriented, with high execution; able to handle work pressure and meet urgent project deadlines.
61 Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for effective communication with global teams, documentation, and client interactions.
