Key Responsibilities
61 Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across various subjects (e.g., English, Math, Science, etc.).
61 Support classroom management by helping to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
61 Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need additional help with their studies.
61 Assist in preparing teaching materials, including worksheets, presentations, and visual aids.
61 Supervise students during activities, breaks, and field trips, ensuring their safety and well-being.
61 Help grade assignments, quizzes, and exams under the guidance of the lead teacher.
61 Collaborate with teachers to implement individualized learning plans for students with diverse needs.
61 Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions as
required.
61 Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Requirements
61 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, English, Psychology or a related field.
61 Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken); proficiency in a second language is a plus.
61 Passion for working with children and supporting their academic and personal growth.
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
61 Basic understanding of classroom management and teaching methodologies.
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using educational technology tools.
61 Patient, adaptable, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
61 Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (e.g., tutoring, volunteering).
61 Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB, Cambridge, or AP) is an advantage.
61 Creative and innovative mindset to contribute fresh ideas to the classroom.
