岗位职责：
1、协助实施海外风电项目（例如风电场、风力发电机组项目等）的准备、生产、运输、施工和验收等交付全流程管理工作，参与海外机组设计、采购、装配等阶段工作内容；
2、协助组织、指导公司海外项目机组接货、安装、调试及运维项目管理工作。
3、协助执行公司安全和质量管理体系，负责成本管理、质量管理、进度管理等工作，编制并实施项目工作计划和工作方案。
4、协助同甲方、供应商及现场管理人员的沟通、交流、协调工作，维护客户关系。
5、协助项目内外部协调和资源的整合，维护客户关系。
6、协助项目各类文件资料的草拟、收集、整理和归档工作。
任职要求：
1、国际留学经验优先，硕士及以上学历，必须新能源、机械、电气等理工科类专业；
2、具有一定的抗压能力；
3、熟悉掌握项目管理知识和技能，对进度、风险、质量、成本等管理具有一定理解；对于电气类基础知识和风电相关专业知识具有一定储备者优先；
4、中文/英语能够作为工作语言，掌握其他小语种优先(葡语，西语，土耳其语等)。
工作地点：北京/杭州
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the implementation of the entire process management for overseas wind power project (eg. wind farms,wind turbine projects etc.) preparation, production, transportation, construction, check and acceptance, including participation in the design, procurement, assembly and other stages of overseas units.
2. Assist in organizing and guiding the company's overseas project unit receiving, installation, commissioning and operation and maintenance project management work.
3. Assist in implementing the company's safety and quality management system, responsible for cost management, quality management, schedule management, etc., and prepare and implement project work plans and work schemes.
4. Assist in communication, exchange and coordination with the client, suppliers and on-site managers, and maintain customer relationships.
5. Assist in coordinating internal and external projects and integrating resources to maintain customer relationships.
6. Assist in drafting, collecting, organizing and archiving various project documents and materials.
Requirements:
1.International study experience is preferred. Master's degree or above is required, major must be in new energy, mechanical, electrical or other science and engineering fields.
2.Ability to work under pressure.
3.Have a good command of project management knowledge and skills, and have a certain understanding of progress, risks, quality, and cost management; those with certain reserves of basic knowledge in electrical fields and professional knowledge related to wind power are preferred.
4.Fluent in Chinese and English (working language); proficiency in other non-English languages(Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, etc) is a plus.
