岗位职责:
1、协助销售经理维护项目公司客群关系,收集客户、竞争对手和项目信息;
2、协助做好项目投标、谈判与签订工作;
3、协助做好项目执行工作,降低执行风险;
4、协助做好项目回款工作,确保回款及时率;
5、配合销售团队负责人完成部门日常事务及内外部对接工作。
任职要求:
1、国际留学经验优先,专业不限,理工科优先;
2、掌握销售工作岗位知识,对风电行业相关的各种组织和机构有一定的了解,掌握公司所有产品的信息,能与客户进行常规的技术交流;
3、熟练掌握office软件、沟通能力及文档编辑能力;
4、具有一定的抗压能力;
5、中文/英语能够作为工作语言,掌握其他小语种优先(葡语,西语,土耳其语等)。
工作地:杭州/北京
Responsibilities:
1.Assist sales managers in maintaining client relationships, collecting market/competitor/project data.
2.Support bidding, negotiations, and contract signing.
3.Assist in the project execution work and reduce the execution risks.
4.Ensure timely payment collection.
5.Collaborate with sales team leaders on daily tasks and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements:
1.International study experience preferred; No major limitations, science and engineering are preferred.
2.Knowledge of sales operations, familiarity with wind power industry organizations/structures, and ability to conduct basic technical discussions with clients.
3. Proficiency in Office software, strong communication, and documentation skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Fluent in Chinese and English (working language); proficiency in other non-English languages(Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, etc) is a plus.
