OVERVIEW:
Working as a full time Trade Compliance Coordinator you will take part in executing Fastenal's Trade Compliance program and facilitate the proper importation and exportation of goods. You will work directly with our Logistics, Product Development, Inventory and Accounts Payable teams to support multiple compliance programs and initiatives across Fastenal’s Asia business units. This includes the correct classification of goods, support for various Free Trade Agreements, transaction reporting, enforcement of import and export restrictions, working with local customs authorities and appointed customs brokers, and ensuring goods remain in compliance with all company and government regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
1， Working with all relevant customs authorities to facilitate Fastenal's Import and Export program
2， Assisting various departments with Harmonized Tariff Code information for Fastenal products
3， Assisting Warehouse and Store to deal with Custom Clearance (E.g.: Product Classification, Documents preparation, Custom Duty check)
4， Study product knowledge and work with broker to finish Custom Clearance Procedure
5， Ensuring proper regulatory compliance for all international transactions
6， Communicating with various departments on upcoming regulatory changes
7， Supporting Free Trade Agreement research and applicability to certain goods
8， Completing various other tasks, as needed that might include internal audit functions, denied party screenings and transaction reviews
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
1， Import, export, or logistics work experience is a plus
2， Excellent written communication skills in English
3， Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
4， Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite and possess basic math skills
5， Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
6， Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
7， Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills
8， Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

工作职责:
1， 与海关相关部门合作，促进公司进出口业务进度；
2， 协助公司其他部门，提供产品的统一关税代码信息；
3， 协助仓储和门店处理进口报关事宜（如：产品归类，清关文件准备，关税核对）；
4， 学习产品知识，与报关行和货代协调清关事宜；
5， 确保所有国际交易符合相关监管规定；
6， 与各部门保持沟通，提示即将发生的监管变化；
7， 协助自贸协定的研究和针对产品的适用性研究；
8， 根据指派完成其他任务，包括但不限于：公司内部审计，被拒方审查和交易复核。
任职要求：
1， 有进出口贸易或者国际物流工作经验优先； (做过工业品进口归类的工作的优先)
2， 优秀的英语书面沟通技巧；
3， 能在快节奏的工作环境中迅速学习并同时执行多项任务；
4， 熟练使用Office软件，具备基本数学技能；
5， 工作积极主动，有客户服务意识；
6， 有较强的组织、计划和优先级划分能力；
7， 具备较强的解决问题、演绎推理和决策能力；
