WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. Brand Vision Plan
Supports the brand building manager in translation of the BVP into the BMP to drive business incrementality.
2. Brand Marketing Plan
Supports the Brand Marketing Plan development and deployment by:
- Assisting in the execution of the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy;
- Accountable for both offline&online performance management. This includes high-quality customer customized in-store support, EC performance tracking and social engagement
- Identifying solutions and makes recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring;
- Leading D4C (multiple product lines)deployment, tracking and rollout to ensure PNL
delivery and drive brand incremental.
3. Innovation & Renovation
- Familiar with innovation deployment planning.
- Lead brand innovation management; building launch plans and channel
strategies (promotions, media and POS), customer sell-in and legal & regulatory issues.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats and provide actionable insights for growth strategy.

2.At least 3 years relevant marketing experience, FMCG preferred
3.Growth mindset with proactiveness , constantly lookout for better ways to drive results, engaging and collaborating with others along the way
4. Invest time to understand consumers & customers to identify I&O
5. Solid project management experience with multi-task capability
6. Fluent in Written and Spoken English
7. Ecom /social related experience will be a plus
8. Core aspects underpinning all skills: Creativity, Empathy, Obsession with brands & consumers, Sense of Aesthetics, Analytical Thinking & Rigour
