岗位职责：
1、负责印尼工厂的运营管理。
2、负责各车间的KPI推进以及月度KPI汇报。
3、负责各车间的改进/精益改善。
4、主导重要质量/生产/产能问题的分析改善推进。
5、主导分析人工成本/非直接生产人员工作负荷等以及人员增减审批。
任职要求：
1、学历背景：统招本科及以上学历。工业工程、生产运营管理、机械工程、管理科学与工程等相关专业优先。
2、工作经验：优秀的应届毕业生，或者拥有3-5年在制造业（尤其是服装、消费品、电子等）从事工业工程、生产计划、生产管理相关岗位的实践经验者优先。
3、系统技能：熟练使用Office办公软件，了解GST标准工时系统的操作与应用。
