Job Description:
1. Response for communicating and coordinating with process engineers internally, providing technology support to customers, and ensuring that customer information can be fed back in time. Identify customer requirements, guide customers to understand our services to meet their requirements, and follow up good internal communication.
2. The associate product support engineer must be closely coordinated with the responsible customer process engineer. Feedback the received information to leaders in a timely manner and make necessary technology support recommendations for action.
3. Start up the projects of new product lines or new processes.
4. Provide product training to customers and colleagues.
5. Support the sample plating in TC pilot line, such as sample preparation, testing and chemistry analysis.
6. follow up all the rules and regulations of the company.
7. Other matters assigned by the company and superiors.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels. Excellent written communication skills.
2. Ability to set priorities and work independently.
3. Education and professional background: Major: chemistry and chemical engineering or related majors; Education: At least a bachelor's degree.
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
5. Proficient in using MicroSoft Office software to make reports, statements, presentations, etc. required for work.
