JOB PURPOSE
This role is a big opportunity for those seeking independent brand and team stewardship, strategic leadership and content/campaign development. We want a passionate brand developer who can undertake the challenge of taking a truly global brand such as Clear, and landing it in a way that is both compelling and engaging with Chinese *** while remaining true to the brand’s heritage.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
1. CLEAR masstige line content marketing plan development and deployment,
-- Independently lead masstige line content/engagement plan and activation execution and coordinate customer request and resource of both online & offline channel to delivery brand performance with key attributes growth

- Support to manage brand omni channel business as key contact window in reviews, identifying solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on performance monitoring; coordinating resource and drive cross-function to reach whole brand business target.

Experiences & Qualifications
1. 5+ years in marketing experience, with substantial experience in content development and engagement/campaign management
2. China market deep understanding, especially in the Beauty & Personal Care category.
3. Strong consumer love and strong strategic and framework thinking, to ensure global brand & portfolio strategy is implemented in the right & relevant local context
4. Proficient in both Mandarin & English
