OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Lean Solutions Coordinator, you will support our national and regional customer accounts through sales and project management activities. Your primary focus will be managing all aspects of implementation projects from start to finish including but not limited to, national accounts program, onsite locations, vending solutions, and other company growth drivers.
This position is preferred based in our office in Guangdong Province in South China District.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Managing customer implementation projects from start to finish within your designated territory
Supporting the area's Regional Sales Teams to help meet existing sales initiatives
Performing DMAIC Analysis and assisting sales proposals
Conducting customer business analysis and assisting business reviews
Leading initial customer implementation meetings
Developing and communicating timelines and Gantt charts, cross-referencing, sourcing, establishing min/max's and inventory prep, VMI and new location set ups
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language; and in English
A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
Experience or knowledge with Project Management, Industrial supply chain, Lean or Continuous Improvement focus will be a plus.
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision-making skills
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Willingness to travel extensively
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a degree, training, or certification in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, or a related certification
Prior Fastenal branch experience in sales or management with strong understanding of the POS system and Fastenal solutions
Prior experience working with Fast Solutions
Possess Leadership experience
Proficient using Smartsheet
