一、单位简介
电子科技大学人文社科高等研究院（Advanced Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences，AI-HSS，简称 文研院 ）成立于2024年12月，是学校为推动学科特色融合发展和构建高质量拔尖创新人才自主培养体系而设立的实体研究机构。文研院通过内选与外引相结合的方式，汇聚一批高水平、有潜质的科研教学人员，坚持科技与人文深度交叉融合，聚焦科技伦理与科技哲学、语言认知与语言智能、数理经济与计量经济、技术创新与社会变迁等领域，开展学术研究与交流、人才培养、社会服务等工作。文研院倡导人格独立、自由探索、相互欣赏、跨界合作的学术精神，积极营造求真知、养情怀、达境界的学术文化，致力于为繁荣新时代电子科技大学哲学社会科学做出历史贡献。
二、招聘岗位
本次重点面向语言认知与语言智能领域招聘教研系列教师岗位，包括教授(含特聘)、副教授(含特聘)、讲师

四、基本条件
（1）拥护中国共产党的领导，热爱高等教育事业，具有良好的思想政治素质、道德修养和职业道德身心健康。
（2）年龄一般不超过35周岁。申报正高级岗位年龄一般不超过45周岁，申报副高级岗位年龄一般不超过40周岁。学术业绩/潜力特别突出者，可适当放宽要求。
（3）具有博士学位或为2025届应届博士毕业生，学术水平应达到所在学科相应专业技术职务的较高水平，具有优良的创新能力和学术发展潜力。
（4）具有我校二级单位所负责学科的相应或相近专业学科背景，符合具体招聘专业技术岗位的其他要求。

Essential Requirements:
Academic Credentials:
Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (or anticipated completion by 2025)
Demonstrated research excellence and innovation potential
Age Guidelines:
Lecturer: 35 years
Associate Professor: 40 years
Full Professor: 45 years
(Exceptional candidates may be considered beyond these parameters)
