Job Description - Merchandiser for Hong Kong Registered Trading/Sourcing Company based in Shanghai
-Responsible for communicating with Customer/ Buyer, understanding customer needs, and conveying and explain them to the factory;
-Follow up on orders to ensure that the factory can send out samples and deliver on time;
-Assist in handling sample related work, including sample progress, delivery, and feedback;
-Complete tasks assigned by the Manager and giving proper feedback on work progress. Organizing documents, creating packing lists and invoices, etc;
-Sending International express packages to ensure the safety and timely delivery of goods;
[Job Requirements]
-Having 2-3 years of relevant Industry work experience in Garments, Textile, Accessories like Backpack, Luggage, etc, with priority given to those with experience in foreign trade documentation;
-Good English proficiency, able to communicate via email or phone in English;
-Serious and responsible in work, pays attention to details, and has strong execution ability;
-Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc;
