OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Maintain effective communication with customers, warehouse, transport team and freight forwarders as per SOP, KPI.
2.Respond to customer requests in a timely quickly, identifying + solving issues, complaints or disputes in a professional manner.
3.Manage, process & receive the orders in the system, handling them over to the warehouse operations team for completion.
4.Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions within the internal database and documentation in accordance with the established policies and procedure.
5.Inbound and outbound reconciliation from warehouse record to Purchase & Sales order or shipment records.
6.Prepare stock in-out report and maintain stock balance and customize to customers' requirements.
7.Prepare stock aging report and in-charge of regular cycle count / stock-take physical count.
8.Prepare accrual stock and related cost for month-end closing and issue invoice to customer
9.Coordinate with customer to submit billing as per agreed timeframes along with required supporting documents, monitor + follow up any discrepancies in original tax invoices, escalating as necessary.
10.Support B2C by using WMS, POS & other ecom/courier platforms.
11.Manage and track shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
12.Ensure compliance with all customers contractual obligations on the part of the company.
13.Any ad hoc task as per assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Diploma holder or equivalent qualification
2.At least. 2years’ practical working experience in Value Added Warehouse Service / freight forwarding / logistics organizations.
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Good command of Putonghua, English and Cantonese
5.Excellent computer literacy of Excel and Word
6.Detail minded and sensitive to numbers
7.Highly capable to multi-tasks under tight timeframe
8.Work overtime if required.
