1. Demand Planning
Monthly S&OP Cycles: Lead Pre-Demand Planning (pre-DP) and DP meetings, ensuring clear inputs/outputs for sell-in/sell-out forecasts and channel-level stock holdings.
Forecast Development: Build annual demand forecasts (volume and GSV) with baseline and event-driven splits, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.
Forecast Accuracy & Bias Improvement: Drive forecast accuracy (FA) and reduce forecast bias (FB) across channels, meeting predefined targets.
Inventory & Waste Management: Balance Days-on-Hand (DOH) and service levels. Lead bi-weekly cross-functional meetings (Marketing, CP) to address slow-moving stock (SLOBs) and reduce business waste.
2. Supply Planning
Supply Plan Translation: Convert demand forecasts into actionable supply plans, including purchase order (PO) placement to sourcing units. Monitor supply status, quality issues, and cost-efficiency improvements.
Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with the CCD team to flag supply risks and ensure timely resolution. Support New Product Development (NPD) by coordinating master data setup (SKU creation, TP maintenance) for seamless product launches.
3. Distribution Resource Planning
Stock Optimization: Ensure Distribution Centers (DCs) maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand while adhering to inventory policies. Align with logistics teams for efficient stock replenishment

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in demand/supply planning within FMCG or e-commerce sectors
Proficiency in S&OP processes and tools, fully understand MRP and DRP logic
Skills:
Analytical & Strategic: Strong business acumen with expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory optimization
Communication: Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate across cultures and functions
Problem-Solving: Logical, structured thinking to address operational challenges in dynamic environments
