ob Responsibilities
1.Carry out development and maintenance tasks through planning, formulating, testing and evaluating of recipes and raw materials. Testing and evaluating of recipes and raw materials within the field of waterborne topcoat to build knowledge and contribute as resource person within the area.
2.Participate actively in the working out of R&D tasks, coach colleagues as well as contributing professionally within own area both internally and externally to increase the quality of the R&D plan and competence in the professional environment.
3.Report results from development and maintenance work both orally and written through R&D and tertiary reports to ensure that the correct decisions, based on current experience, are made.
4.Have recipe responsibility for products through maintenance and following up towards production and marketing, ensuring that the quality of the product satisfy current product demands.
5.Search for, make use of and communicate knowledge to others through literature, practical experience, learning from others as well as attending courses in order to be one step ahead of development.
6.Transfer competence within and across departments and regional labs.
7.Define own projects according to R&D/Department plan.
8.Show drive and initiative to quickly solve R&D tasks without compromising on quality.
9.Contribute on leading edge technology and maintain Jotun as a leading player .
