Job Description：
Coordinate with Materials Planning, Engineering, Planning, Sales, SCM team, Customers to make sure all the materials are ready before production start.
Give the status of materials requirement which is confirmed by the Planning.
Take more attention about the contract about material items, confirm the spare parts supported with customer,
Preventive plan for Store safety issues, and make suggestion for planner.
Solve non-routine urgent case of materials requirements and liaise with external resource for production on materials side.
Confirm KITTING List and support Logistics on time
On-site materials support during production activity, make coordination for AOG materials.
Fill material work checking list correctly and accurately, do the working hand over clearly.
Coordinate with Materials Planning, Engineering, Planning, SCM team, Customers to make the summary and improvement.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor degree, major in aviation/aeronautic engineering related field or English is preferred
Preferred Job Skills and Qualifications:
Good communication skills, keep good relationship with external partners and internal related departments
Proficient in Microsoft suite, especially in Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken), CET-6 or above.
